HEALTHY PUMPKIN LOAF
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 mashed banana
2 scoops TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
Ginger (to taste)
Nutmeg (to taste)
Allspice (to taste)
Cloves (to taste)
Mix the egg whites, pumpkin and banana in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the shake mix and spices (shake mix gives it 18g of protein!)
Combine all of the ingredients together.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray (be sure it’s a healthy one!)
Add ingredients to the loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
